Twenty819

A specialist practice. Not a bench.

Twenty819 exists because authorizations are treated as a task inside somebody else's plan, and then owned by nobody when it slips.

Why one thing

Depth in SAP authorizations takes years and it does not transfer from adjacent work. A consultant who spends part of the year on authorizations and the rest on something else will not know what the object model does in an S/4HANA upgrade, or what an auditor accepts as a mitigating control.

So we do one thing. Role design, SoD, Fiori authorization, audit readiness and BTP security. When work falls outside that, we say so.

Small team, senior only

There is no pyramid to fill. The person in the design workshop is the person who builds and the person who answers for it at go-live.

That limits how many programmes we run at once. It also means nobody is learning the discipline on your landscape.

How we work

Ownership

One named person is accountable for the workstream, start to finish.

Accountability

Status is reported honestly, including when it is behind.

Independence

We have no software to resell, so the recommendation is the recommendation.

Simplicity

A design your team can maintain beats a design that only we understand.

Book a discovery call.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell us where the programme is and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
